When will I receive my order?

The courier sent an SMS but I am not available and the house is empty. What to do?

Can somebody else claim the item on my behalf?

As long as the address is correct, anyone can receive and pay for the item.

As much as we have checked the item before we shipped out, broken items are also possible due to courier mishandling especially on provincial areas, please contact us immediately and will gladly replace your item.
